Why we exist
Too many people are overlooked, underestimated or poorly served by the systems around them. Their potential is not the problem. Access to opportunity is.
ECHELON 8 exists to help people access opportunity, build capability and turn potential into tangible progress.
What we do
We design and deliver practical programmes, experiences and pathways that help young people and emerging adults develop skills, confidence, networks and opportunities across education, employment, enterprise and creative development.
Our current programme is FUTUR8: Next Steps, an ECHELON 8 programme.
